I have only owned this lovely little book for 4 days and it has already been read to and enjoyed by my grandchildren. It’s written by Julie Pryke who has made the little garden In this book come alive.
This is such a clever book that will inspire children and teach them about wildlife in the garden but will also spark their imaginary sensors with the magic seeds, cherry bombs, balloon flowers and apple spies! All in this magical garden! What really brings the story to life for my Grandchildren ( and myself ) is the stunning illustrations by Tracey Challis they are beautifully detailed and full of Interest and things to see ...with flowers, garden insects, garden creatures and birds .. there is even a fairy to find as you go along.
I really recommend this book and i am proud to have it on my book shelf , it’s going to be a real favourite . Congratulations Julia and Tracey!!!

Julie, your books are a delight, I have loved everyone, myself, and even shared them with my grandchildren 😉 the stories and illustrations are completely absorbing, thank you for the stories, Carole x
